It's just been brought to my attention that there were several NSDCA participants at the Bolton Rapidplay on the 5th November.
Many congratulations go to Doug Barnett of Crewe on winning the Knights Section with a score of 5.5/6. Richard Renegade of Crewe finished joint 13th out of 46 with 3.5/6. Les Hall finished on 2/6, Joe Hirst of Newcastle finished on 2/6 and Patrick Curr of Macclesfield finished on 1/6.
Jacob Boswell finished joint 6th out of 15 in the Open Section with 3.5/6.
Phil Cattermole of Macclesfield was the highest placed NSDCA player in the Major Section, finishing joint 18th out of 31 with a score of 2.5/6. Denzil Lobo, also of Macclesfield finished joint 21st with 2/6. Geoff Laurence had a tournament he'll probably want to forget, finishing joint 28th with 1/6.
