Alsager blew the Division 3 title race wide open last night with a win against table topping Cheddleton 'D'. With 2nd and 3rd placed Crewe 'B' and Cheddleton 'E' both now having a match in hand of the leaders, either of these two could take the title. However, with Crewe 'B' and Cheddleton 'E' due to play each other twice in their final matches it would take a brave man to predict the outcome. We will have a better idea tomorrow as they face each other in the first of these matches tonight.
