Division 3 leaders Fenton 'A' went down by 2.5 - 1.5 at Newcastle 'D' last night. This result could well have cost them the title as Stafford 'B' are only a point behind and now have a match in hand. Fenton only have one match left and must now hope that Stafford drop points somewhere in their two final fixtures. Newcastle names first :
