Holmes Chapel Knights edged a step nearer the Division 2 title with a 2.5 - 2.5 draw at home last night to Newcastle 'B', the current leaders. Newcastle are still 2 points clear at the top but only have one match remaining. The Knights are in 2nd place but with 2 matches in hand so must now be narrow favourites to win the Division.
